REGISTRATION

To make a purchase through the http://loveda.hr webshop, registration is not mandatory. If you do not wish to enter your delivery address and payment information each time during purchase, quick registration is recommended. It is sufficient to enter a valid email address, personal details (name, surname, address, postal code, place, phone number), and a chosen password to access your user account. It is advisable to use a combination of characters, including uppercase and lowercase letters.

After entering this information, complete the registration by clicking on the "Registration" button. Your user account remains registered in the system, accessible by entering your username and password on the "Login" page. For every subsequent purchase, only login with your username and password is required.

If you have forgotten your password, select "Lost your password?" on the same page. You will leave your email address used for registration, and the system will automatically send you a link to reset your password. You can later change it in your account settings.

RECEIVING ORDERS

Goods are ordered via an electronic form. The webshop is always open for ordering without specific working hours for orders. Orders are processed on working days from 10.00 - 16.00 h. The customer needs to fill out the "Profile with basic data" for billing and delivery of desired products, and they will be notified by email about the completed order.

For products you wish to buy, click "Add to cart". In the cart, you can choose quantities or cancel the purchase. After selecting the desired items, click on the cart and choose "Checkout". Fill in your details on the checkout page, select the delivery method, then the payment method, and choose "Order". A notification of successful purchase will arrive at your email address. Matricaria LLC commits to deliver all ordered products that are in stock at the time of delivery. If Matricaria LLC is unable to deliver any of the ordered products, it will contact the customer by phone or email. All other ordered products will be delivered.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The content of the http://www.loveda.hr online store is protected, and Matricaria LLC exercises the exclusive right to its use. For any commercial use of content on the http://www.loveda.hr pages, you must first contact the email address info@loveda.hr.

Notices in the sense of Article 57 of the Consumer Protection Act: Information on the main characteristics of the goods that the customer intends to purchase is found next to each product, and a detailed description of the product is accessed by selecting the "Read more" option. Information on the method of resolving consumer complaints by the trader is found in the "Returns and Complaints" section. In the "Returns and Complaints" section, the following notices and additional explanations related to:

  • information on the conditions, deadlines, and procedure for exercising the right to unilateral contract termination, as well as the form for unilateral contract termination in accordance with Article 74, paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act.
  • information that the customer must bear the costs of returning the goods if they exercise their right to unilateral contract termination under Article 72 of the Consumer Protection Act, or on the costs of returning the goods if, in the case of distance contracts, the goods by their nature cannot be returned by mail in the usual way
  • information that, if they exercise their right to unilateral contract termination under Article 72 of the Consumer Protection Act, after submitting a request in accordance with Article 64 or Article 70 of the Consumer Protection Act, the customer will be obliged to pay the trader a reasonable part of the price in accordance with Article 77, paragraph 7 of the Consumer Protection Act
  • information that the customer cannot use the right to unilateral contract termination under Article 72 of the Consumer Protection Act in cases where, based on Article 79 of the Consumer Protection Act, this right is excluded, i.e., under assumptions under which the consumer loses the right to unilateral contract termination.

The seller is responsible for material defects of goods in accordance with relevant positive regulations. Mechanisms for out-of-court dispute resolution are as follows: in case of a dispute between a consumer and a trader, a complaint can be submitted to the Court of Honor of the Croatian Chamber of Commerce, the Court of Honor of the Croatian Chamber of Crafts, or a proposal for mediation at mediation centers. The procedure before the courts of honor is conducted in accordance with the Regulation on the Court of Honor at the Croatian Chamber of Commerce and the Regulation of the Court of Honor at the Croatian Chamber of Crafts, which stipulates that members of these courts' councils, apart from independent legal experts and trader representatives, include consumer representatives. Mediation before mediation centers is conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Mediation Act, and in accordance with the Mediation Center's Mediation Rules.
