Payment and delivery
PAYMENT OF GOODS
The buyer agrees to pay for the ordered products along with the delivery costs to the seller, the trading company Matricaria LLC, using one of the following payment methods:
- Cash on delivery
- Bank transfer - via payment slip or Internet banking
- American Express® for single payments
- Visa, MasterCard®, or Maestro® for single payments
- CorvusPay for modern and secure card payments on the Internet
- Purchase with Visa cards in installments at the loveda.hr webshop
- Purchase with MasterCard cards in installments at the loveda.hr webshop
- Payment method with Maestro cards at the loveda.hr webshop
The sales contract is concluded at the moment of payment receipt.
If paying in cash, you will pay your order in the exact amount in cash to the courier service employee upon receiving the goods. The courier offers cash on delivery as an additional service, which is therefore charged extra
If paying by bank transfer, after placing your order, you will receive all necessary data for filling out the transfer order (payment slip) via email. Your order reserves the items and quantity. The usual payment model is 01 (payment by invoice), but some banks have their own markings. You can leave the order without a model number, but it is best to contact your bank if the system reports an error. Be sure to include the order number (which you received in the email confirming your order) in the payment reference. This number serves to quickly link your payment with the order.
The usual time for confirming transactions between banks is a maximum of 48 hours. Loveda.hr holds the reservation for 3 days. The reservation can be extended upon your request if you contact the administrator at info@loveda.hr. Goods are delivered after the amount has been transferred to the giro account
Additional online purchase protection includes Verified by Visa, secure shopping with Visa Secure at the loveda.hr webshop, secure shopping with Master and Maestro cards at the loveda.hr webshop, and secure online shopping with Mastercard Identity Check at the loveda.hr webshop. Exchange of sensitive data between the online payment system and card houses' authorization centers is conducted using a network that is fully protected from unauthorized access. Sensitive data from your credit card are sent online directly to the authorization center. The Loveda.hr webshop does not store data from your credit cards. Import duties, customs fees, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping costs. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
DELIVERY
The cost for all shipments within Croatia up to 40 EUR (301 HRK) is 3.50 EUR (26.37 HRK), and for shipments above 40 EUR (301 HRK), delivery is free of charge and without additional costs, regardless of the payment method.
Delivery and delivery cost for EU member states are as follows:
- Austria, Belgium, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Germany, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Poland, and the United Kingdom: 12 EUR (90 HRK), with free delivery for orders above 100 EUR (753 HRK)
Except for pre-sale, most products in regular sale are sent within 2 to 3 working days and delivered within 1 to 2 working days from sending for most destinations in Croatia (for islands and smaller places, deliveries are according to GLS's schedule).
Orders received are usually processed the next working day (Monday to Friday) and sent to the customer (recipient of the shipment) within 24 hours. Exceptions are promotional and seasonal periods when, due to an increased number of orders, the preparation of shipments may exceptionally take longer than 24 hours.
Transit times with GLS:
- Croatia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Austria: GLS home delivery within 2 to 4 working days
- Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands: GLS home delivery within 2 to 5 working days
- Italy, Ireland: GLS home delivery within 3 to 5 working days
- Greece, France: GLS home delivery within 3 to 5 working days
- Portugal: GLS home delivery within 4 to 6 working days
Transit times depend on the courier service, are informational in nature, and are not guaranteed.
After ordering, you will receive:
- An order confirmation via email, within a few minutes of confirming the order
- Notification that the order has been sent by GLS via email with the shipment number, usually within 1 working day of order confirmation (except during pre-sale periods when expected delivery time is longer)
- Notification that your shipment will arrive the next day at the address by SMS from GLS, if you have provided a mobile phone number

If the contents of the shipment are damaged or in any way do not correspond to what was purchased, contact us via email at info@loveda.hr without delay.
